1. Approve samples:
1) the act of withdrawal / temporary withdrawal of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine who is applied;
2) the act of withdrawal / temporary withdrawal of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad which is applied;
3) certificates of withdrawal / temporary withdrawal of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine who is applied;
4) certificates of withdrawal / temporary withdrawal of the passport of the citizen of the Ukraine/passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad which is applied;
5) register of acts and certificates of withdrawal / temporary withdrawal of the passport of the citizen of the Ukraine/passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad which is applied.
