About provision of social payments to separate categories of the citizens of the Russian Federation who are subject to resettlement from the territory of the Baikonur complex for acquisition of premises in the territory of the Russian Federation

For the purpose of providing with premises in the territory of the Russian Federation of separate categories of the citizens of the Russian Federation who are subject to resettlement from the territory of the Baikonur complex (Republic of Kazakhstan) I decide:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for provision of social payments to separate categories of the citizens of the Russian Federation who are subject to resettlement from the territory of the Baikonur complex for acquisition of premises in the territory of the Russian Federation.

2. To the government of the Russian Federation:

a) provide financing of the expenses connected with provision of social payments to separate categories of the citizens of the Russian Federation who are subject to resettlement from the territory of the Baikonur complex for acquisition of premises in the territory of the Russian Federation, having allocated including for these purposes in 2018 from the federal budget budgetary appropriations in the amount of 250 million rubles;

b) in 3-month time to bring the acts into accord with this Decree;

c) represent annually the report on providing with premises in the territory of the Russian Federation of the citizens called in the subitem "an" of this Item.

3. City administration of Baikonur to perform accounting of the citizens of the Russian Federation and members of their families having the right to provision of social payment according to this Decree, and also issue of the state housing certificates to them.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
