About approval of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for the state support of cinematography

According to part seven of Article 20 of the Budget code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for the state support of cinematography which is attached.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for the state support of cinematography

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of use of the means provided generally and special funds of the government budget for the State Support of Cinematography program (further - budgetary funds).

2. The main manager of budgetary funds is MKMS, the manager of budgetary funds of the lowest level and the executive in charge of the budget program - State cinema.

Receivers of budgetary funds in the directions determined by subitems 10 and 11 of item 4 of this Procedure are respectively the state company "National Center of Alexander Dovzhenko" and National union of cinematographers.

3. Budgetary funds are used for the purpose of the state support of development of cinematography.
