About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Land code No. 828/1991 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 107, of the Art. 817), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following changes and addition:

1. To recognize subparagraphs of the first and sixth Article 8 invalid.

2. Third Article 9 to declare the subparagraph invalid.

3. In Article 10:

the eleventh to state the subparagraph in the following edition:

"establishment and change of borders of settlements;";

the twelfth to declare the subparagraph invalid.

4. To add article 40 after part three with new part of the following content:

"Based on the resolution of the general meeting accepted by a majority vote members of gardening partnership, can be included by the decision of local council of administrative and territorial unit of the earth of gardening partnership in the territory of the respective settlement in case of observance of the town-planning regulations and special requirements established by the Government.".

5. In Article 43:

state part one in the following edition:

"Line of the settlement - border of lands of the settlement which separates from the settlement territory the territory beyond its limits and is established in the master town-planning plan of the settlement approved in the procedure established by the legislation.";

parts second and third to recognize invalid.

6. State Article 45 in the following edition:
