1. Make changes to the Rules of implementation by pawnshops of activities and transactions approved by the resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 22, 2003 No. 23/4 (рег. No. 1290 of December 10, 2003) (The bulletin of regulations of the ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2003, No. 23), according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
