1. Create Council of heads of accreditation bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on Council of heads of accreditation bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union.

Council of heads of accreditation bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further respectively – Council of heads, state members, the Union) is created as facilitative branch of the Union for the purpose of development of accreditation in the field of technical regulation in the Union within implementation of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014.
2. Council of heads in the activities is guided by the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, other international treaties and acts constituting the right of the Union including this Provision.
