1. Approve the enclosed Administrative regulations of execution by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, its territorial authorities of the state function on control of observance by the citizens of the Russian Federation, employers (owners) of premises, officials and persons responsible for acceptance and transfer to bodies of registration accounting of documents for registration and removal from registration accounting of citizens of the Russian Federation for the place of stay and at the place of residence within the Russian Federation, rules of registration and removal of citizens of the Russian Federation from registration accounting in the place of stay and at the place of residence within the Russian Federation <2>.

I. General provisions

Name of the state function

1. The state function on control of observance by the citizens of the Russian Federation, employers (owners) of premises, officials and persons responsible for acceptance and transfer to bodies of registration accounting <1> of documents for registration and removal from registration accounting of citizens of the Russian Federation for the place of stay and at the place of residence within the Russian Federation, rules of registration and removal of citizens of the Russian Federation from registration accounting in the place of stay and at the place of residence within the Russian Federation <2>.
