3) form of the register of members of advisory council according to appendix 2 to this order;

4) Rules of maintaining registers of members of chamber of appraisers, members of advisory council and unfair appraisers according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 9, 2010 No. 109 "About approval of Rules of maintaining the register of members of Republican chamber of appraisers and provisions of information containing in this register, to interested persons" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 6168, it is published on April 29, 2010 in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper No. 61 (1857);
