About approval of the State target economic development program of highways public of the state value for 2018-2022
For the purpose of recovery and development of highways public of the state value for their integration into the European transport system and increases in traffic safety level at them, speed, comfort and profitability of transportations the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the State target economic development program of highways public of the state value for 2018-2022 (further - the Program) which is attached.
2. Interested central and to local executive bodies in coordination with the Ministry of infrastructure to bring into the six-months time of task, indicators and actions of the appropriate regional programs in compliance with the tasks determined by the Program, indicators and actions.
3. By regional and Kiev city to public administrations to develop and approve regional development programs of highways for 2018-2022.
4. To give to the state agency of highways quarterly to the 15th following the accounting period, and annually till February 15 to the Ministry of infrastructure information on condition of accomplishment of the Program for its generalization and representation to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade.
5. To the state agency of highways to provide in time of procedures for procurement of works on new construction, reconstruction and capital repairs of highways public of the state value of establishment of warranty periods of operation of such objects at least 10 years.
6. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 11, 2013 No. 696 "About approval of the State target economic development program of highways public for 2013-2018" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 76, the Art. 2817).
