1. In this Law the following basic concepts are used:
1) excepted period - period which begins in two weeks prior to carrying out and comes to an end in five days after holding in Ukraine finals of the Champions League of UEFA and Champions League of UEFA among women of season 2017/2018;
2) means of secondary resale of tickets - any online resource used by means of the Internet (the website, mobile application, etc.) for the purpose of secondary resale of tickets;
3) the ticket - any document, the message or code in any form and on any medium, issued to UEFA which grants the right to visit final of the Champions League of UEFA and/or Champions League of UEFA among women of season 2017/2018;
4) the commercial territory - the territory and constructions necessary for respect for the principle of the commercial territory including:
