1. Make the following changes to Item 3.2a "Form and rules of creation of the service record of workers", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 26, 1996 No. 186:

1.1. in the second paragraph of the word "and for going on the dole …. the beginnings, suspensions and the ends of allowance payment on unemployment" shall be replaced with words "and for receiving insurance payment on unemployment … the beginnings and suspensions of payment of insurance payment";
