About approval of the Form and rules of creation of the service record of workers

1. Approve the Provision "Form and rules of creation of the service record of workers" in the Azerbaijan Republic, prepared by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection and approved with the adjacent organizations (appendix 1).

2. Approve form of the service record and its insert (the appendices 2,3).

1. General provisions

1.1. The service record is the main document confirming labor activity and working life of the worker.

1.2. The service record opens the employer for all workers working over 5 days in the place of the main work.

1.3. In case of employment the worker shows to the employer the service record and the document proving his identity. In case of primary conclusion of the labor agreement the service record is not required.

1.4. The labor agreement without presentation of the service record can be signed with persons having the status of the displaced person or refugee with foreign citizens and stateless persons (if the legislation does not provide other).
