About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. To Federal Antimonopoly Service:

a) in 6-month time to approve:

forms of placement of information in the field of heat supply, water supply and water disposal, in the field of the address with solid utility waste, subject to disclosure in federal state information system "The single information and analytical system "Federal Body of Regulation — Regional Regulating Authorities — Subjects of Regulation";

the unified structured open formats for data transmission (single formats for information exchange);

b) within 10 days from the date of entry into force of the changes approved by this resolution to open information specified in subitems "an" and "i" of Item 82 of standards of disclosure of information in the field of the water supply and water disposal approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 17, 2013 No. 6 "About standards of disclosure of information in the field of water supply and water disposal" and also in subitems "an" and "b" of Item 32 of the standards of disclosure of information in the field of the address with solid utility waste approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 21, 2016 No. 564 "About approval of standards of disclosure of information in the field of the address with solid utility waste".

3. The changes approved by this resolution become effective after 6 months from the date of its official publication, except for the paragraph of the fourth subitem "k" of Item 1 of the specified changes which becomes effective since January 1, 2019.
