About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 8, 2016 No. 300 "About the organization of high agro-industrial technology production of complete cycle" the following changes:
1.1. in item 4:
state subitem 4.1 in the following edition:
"4.1. financing of the investment project is performed at the expense of own means of BNBK Ltd raised by it credit and loan money, and also soft credits of People's Republic of China attracted by the Government of the Republic of Belarus (further - the credits of People's Republic of China);";
add Item with subitem 4.9 of the following content:
"4.9. for implementation of calculations for the credits of People's Republic of China BNBK Ltd provides opening in JSC Belagroprombank of special accounts in Belarusian rubles and (or) foreign currency (further - special accounts).
Special accounts are opened irrespective of availability in banks of decisions (resolutions) on suspension of account transactions of BNBK Ltd, resolutions (determinations) on seizure of the money which is on its accounts accepted (taken out) by authorized body (official).
After tax payment, charges (duties), other obligatory payments in republican and local budgets, and also into special accounts enlists money in budgets of state non-budgetary funds of BNBK Ltd in the total amount necessary for repayment of principal debt, interest payment and other payments for use of the credits of People's Republic of China the forthcoming 12 months.
The address of collection according to the executive and other documents which are the basis for cash write-off from accounts in indisputable procedure on the money placed on special accounts is not made, arrest is not imposed the specified money, suspension of transactions on special accounts is not performed.
