About the organization of high agro-industrial technology production of complete cycle

For the purpose of creation of conditions for the organization in the Republic of Belarus of high agro-industrial technology production of complete cycle I decide:

1. Enable the realization of the high-priority, export-oriented and import-substituting investment project "The Organization of High Agro-industrial Technology Production of Complete Cycle for 2016-2032" (further – the investment project) providing construction and commissioning:

objects of high agro-industrial technology production of complete cycle (further – agro-industrial production) and the infrastructure facilities of agro-industrial production provided in Item 1-1 of this Decree;

objects of engineering and transport infrastructure to the territory of agro-industrial production;

apartment apartment houses for employees of "Belarusian National Biotechnological Corporation" private company (further – BNBK Ltd).

1-1. The investment project provides construction and commissioning:

1-1.1. objects of agro-industrial production:

the plants on production of amino acids (lysine, threonine, tryptophane, valine, leucine and isoleucine), vitamins (In 2, B12, C), compound feeds (for cattle, birds, pigs and fishes, premixes), glucosic and starched products (glucose crystal, maltodextrin, glucosic and fructose syrups, treacle), high-protein feed additives, starched formula-feed additives, high-protein corn additives, corn oil, corn extract, packaging (sacks, pallets) with finished goods warehouses and multicomponent raw materials;

granaries with complex of automobile and railway acceptance, cleaning and drying;

machine and tractor stations on cultivation of lands for production of grain crops;

autoplant with the mechanical-repair workshop;

the scientific and practical centers with production of especially net amino acids and vitamins C by research laboratories;

production laboratory, vivarium;

other objects of agro-industrial production;
