In pursuance of provisions of item 7 of Article 187, according to which the edition by the Main state tax authorities of the Instruction about procedure for creation and submission of tax statements is provided, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for creation of tax reports on the local charges provided by the Section VII of the Tax code on which forms are approved by the Order GGNI No. 19 of January 24, 2005.

2. To the state territorial tax authorities to inform taxpayers on provisions of this instruction.

3. This instruction is applicable according to tax reports which shall be represented for tax periods, since January 1, 2005, according to which forms are approved by the order specified in Item 1 of this order.

1. General provisions

1.1. The provided instruction is used for the following forms of reports:

* The report on collection on improvement of the territory (the TAT05) form.

* The report on collection for the organization of auctions and lotteries within administrative and territorial unit (the TLL05) form.

* The report on collection for advertizing (the TAPAE 05) form.

* The report on collection for advertizing (the TAPSC 05) form.

* The report on collection for use of local symbolics (TAS05) form.

* The report on collection for objects of trade and/or objects for rendering social services (TAUC05) form.

* Report on market collection (TP-AE 05) form.
