According to Item 5 of the Procedure for purpose of the temporary government public assistance to unemployed person which reached general retirement age, but did not acquire the right to retirement benefit approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2017 No. 1098, for the purpose of the organization of payment of the temporary government public assistance to unemployed person I order:
1. Make change to the application form about purpose of all types of the public assistance, compensations and privileges approved by the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of April 21, 2015 No. 441, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 28, 2015 for No. 475/26920, having added it with Item 18 of the following content:
