According to subitem 4.4 of item 4 and Item 9 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of November 23, 2017 "About development of entrepreneurship" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 7
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for the direction of notifications on accomplishment of installation and construction works it (is applied).
2. On construction objects on which accomplishment of installation and construction works till February 26, 2018 is begun the permissions to accomplishment of installation and construction works got by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (further – permission to accomplishment of installation and construction works) according to the procedure, established by the legislation existing before the specified date are considered as confirmation of the notification of bodies of the state construction supervision on the beginning of accomplishment of installation and construction works.
The direction of notifications on accomplishment of installation and construction works on construction objects on which effective period of permissions to accomplishment of installation and construction works did not expire before entry into force of this resolution, except as specified of removal of construction objects from accounting of construction objects according to the procedure, established by the Provision approved by this resolution is not required.
In cases when effective period of permissions to accomplishment of installation and construction works expired before entry into force of this resolution, for renewal of accomplishment of installation and construction works in bodies of the state construction supervision according to the procedure, established by the Provision approved by this resolution notifications on renewal of accomplishment of installation and construction works go.
