About modification of some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - Part (1) article 43 of the Law on the inventory of real estate No. 1543/1998 (1998, 318), with subsequent changes and amendments, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 44-46, in the following edition:

"(1) Right to use and hiring of real estate units, established for the term of more than three years, the rights of lease of the parcels of land and other property of agricultural purpose established for the term of more than five years are subject to obligatory registration. At the request of owners, the rights of use/lease can be registered also in cases of the smaller terms provided by this part. In case of prolongation or change of term of rights to use, hiring/lease to territorial cadastral authority the proving documents are submitted.".

Art. II. - In the Law on lease in agricultural industry No. 198/2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 163-166, 650), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 10:

in part (the word of "three" to replace 1) with the word of "five";

in parts (4) and (the words "three years" shall be replaced with words 7) "five years".

2. In part (Article 11 of the word "three years" shall be replaced with words 1) "five years".

Art. III. - Item r) parts (1) article 39 of the Law on local public authority No. 436/2006 (2007, 116), with subsequent changes and amendments, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 32-35, in the following edition:

"r) registers the lease agreements of the parcels of land and other property of agricultural purpose concluded for a period of up to five years inclusive".
