2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 24, 2016 No. 486 "About approval of the Method of identification of exclusively high price" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 14552, published on January 12, 2017 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan);

2) the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 2, 2015 No. 302 "About approval of the Method of identification of exclusively low price" (registered in the Register of state registration normative legal for No. 10719, published on April 29, 2015 in the Information system of law of Ad_let).

3. To committee on regulation of natural monopolies, protection of the competition and the rights of consumers of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
