1. Approve the enclosed Non-discriminatory method of calculation of rates (the prices, rates of charges) or their limits on regulated services (goods, works) of water supply and (or) water disposal.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies of October 1, 2013 297-OD "About approval of the Method of calculation of the differential tariffs on regulated services of water supply and (or) water disposal" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 8886, No. 77 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of April 22, 2014 (27698).

3. To committee on regulation of natural monopolies, protection of the competition and the rights of consumers of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
