For determination of the sizes of official pay rate of contract servicemen in military unit (organization) the commissions on calculation of the service length granting the right to establishment of official pay rate are created. The structure of the commission of military unit (organization), joins officials of financial, legal, personnel divisions (in case of absence of personnel division – persons recording staff).
Commission session is convoked in case of arrival of citizens on military service within 15 working days, and also annually till January 20 for establishment of years of service of all military personnel as of January 1. The decision of the commission on calculation of service length is drawn up by the minutes of the commission within 3 working days after the meeting. The minutes abstract of commission session is constituted in duplicate (one copy - in personnel service, the second - in financial service).";
