About modification of Rules of establishment of sanitary protection zones and use of the parcels of land located in borders of sanitary protection zones

Bring in the Rules of establishment of sanitary protection zones and use of the parcels of land located in borders of sanitary protection zones approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 3, 2018 No. 222 "About approval of Rules of establishment of sanitary protection zones and uses of the parcels of land located in borders of sanitary protection zones" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 11, the Art. 1636), the following changes:

a) add with Item 3 (1) the following content:

"3(1) If the decision on establishment of aerodrome environs with the seventh subband allocated on it provided by the subitem 7 of Item 3 of article 47 of the Air code of the Russian Federation is made on airfield according to the Air code of the Russian Federation, decision making about establishment of the sanitary protection zone concerning this airfield or the airport which part it is is not required. The specified decision on establishment of aerodrome environs is the basis for acceptance according to these rules of the decision on the termination of existence of the sanitary protection zone concerning such airfield or the airport which part it is, accepted before establishment of these aerodrome environs.";

b) add Item 10 with the paragraph of the following content:

"In case of decision making about establishment of aerodrome environs, stipulated in Item 3(1) these rules, the owner of object shall no more than one month from the date of approach of the specified circumstances in time to submit within authorized body the statement for the termination of existence of the sanitary protection zone concerning airfield or the airport which part it is of these aerodrome environs established before decision making about establishment.";

c) in Item 12 of the word "Items 7, 8 and 10" shall be replaced with words "Items 7, 8 and paragraph one of Item 10".
