Some questions of electronic health care

According to article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state financial guarantees of medical attendance of the population" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

Procedure for functioning of electronic health care system;

Procedure for publication of data from electronic health care system National service of health.

2. Determine that provided by the Procedure for functioning of electronic health care system approved by this resolution, functionality of electronic health care system takes root according to stages of realization of the state financial guarantees of medical attendance of the population according to the Law of Ukraine "About the state financial guarantees of medical attendance of the population". From the date of entry into force of this resolution functionality of electronic health care system gradually takes root for realization of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population at the level of primary medical care.

3. Determine that until introduction of electronic interaction of the central database of electronic health care system with the state electronic information resources managers of such resources submit on requests of the Ministry of Health and National service of health information electronically containing in the appropriate state information resources and necessary for functioning of electronic health care system within 10 working days from the moment of receipt of such requests with observance of requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About personal data protection".

4. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
