About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 19, 2018 No. 203

1. Bring in Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 19, 2018 No. 203 "About procedure and conditions of creation of structural divisions in state bodies and the staff list of separate state bodies" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 23.03. 2018, 5/44939) following changes:

1.1. to state paragraph two of subitem 1.1.2 in the following edition:

1.2. from subitem 1.5 of the word "service of the state protocol" to exclude;

1.3. from subitem 1.6 the word "press service" to exclude;

1.4. state subitem 1.9 in the following edition:

"1.9. the number of staff of workers can be established less than the number provided:

subitem 1.6 of this Item, for the bodies registering acts of civil status in structure of district, city executive committees and local administrations of areas in the cities and departments of territorial authorities of forced execution;

subitems 1.6 and 1.7 of this Item, for structural divisions of the first level of management of local executive and administrative organs according to the procedure of exception in coordination with Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus;".

2. This resolution becomes effective since June 1, 2018.
