Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 25, 2012 No. 1099 "About some questions of implementation of the Federal Law "About Assistance to Development of Housing Construction" regarding providing the right of separate categories of citizens to acquisition of housing of economy class" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 44, Art. 6042; 2014, No. 37, Art. 4968; 2015, No. 6, Art. 977; 2017, No. 8, Art. 1245):

a) in the name of the word of "housing of economy class" shall be replaced with words "standard housing";

b) in the text of the word of "housing of economy class" shall be replaced with words "standard housing", words ""Agency of Mortgage Housing Lending" joint-stock company in the corresponding case shall be replaced with words "ДОМ.РФ joint-stock company in the corresponding case;

c) in the list of separate categories of citizens and the bases of their inclusion in lists of the citizens having the right to acquisition of housing of the economy class constructed or which is under construction on the parcels of land of "Agency of Mortgage Housing Lending" joint-stock company transferred to gratuitous fixed-term use or lease for construction of housing of economy class, including for their complex development for the purpose of construction of such housing, according to the Federal Law "About Assistance to Development of Housing Construction", approved by the specified resolution:
