1. Approve enclosed:

the list of separate categories of citizens and the bases of their inclusion in lists of the citizens having the right to acquisition of the standard housing built or which is under construction on the parcels of land of ДОМ.РФ joint-stock company transferred to gratuitous fixed-term use or lease for construction of standard housing including for their complex development for the purpose of construction of such housing according to the Federal Law "About Assistance to Development of Housing Construction";

form of the list of the citizens having the right to acquisition of the standard housing built or which is under construction on the parcel of land of ДОМ.РФ joint-stock company transferred to gratuitous fixed-term use or lease for construction of standard housing, including for its complex development for the purpose of construction of such housing, according to the Federal Law "About Assistance to Development of Housing Construction", containing the scope of information, included in the specified list.

Determine that the list and form approved by this resolution are applied to forming of lists of the citizens having the right to acquisition of the standard housing built or which is under construction on the parcels of land on which state-owned property is not differentiated and which the ДОМ.РФ joint-stock company performs the order in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
