About application of special measures concerning import to Ukraine of new cars origin from the Russian Federation

According to the Laws of Ukraine "About application of special measures concerning import to Ukraine", "About protection of the economic competition", the Rules of determination of the country of goods' origin approved by the decision of Council of CIS Heads of Government from 30.11.2000, and also the decision of Interdepartmental International Trade Commission of 06.12.2002 of NSP-54/2002/52-49 "About Application of Special Measures concerning Import to Ukraine of New Cars Origin from the Russian Federation" and for the purpose of prevention of import to Ukraine of new cars origin from the Russian Federation bypassing the applied special measures

I ORDER:

1. Determine that:

1.1. Special licenses are granted for import to Ukraine of new cars which are classified according to UKT foreign trade activities by code 8703 22 10 00, by origin from the Russian Federation, including in cases of import by physical persons according to Procedure for import licensing to Ukraine concerning which special measures according to the decision of Interdepartmental International Trade Commission approved by the order of the Ministry of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine of 01.08.2002 of N232 and registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 21.08.2002 for N 685/6973 are applied (further - the Procedure), and this order.

1.2. The annual amount of special quota makes 20 826 pieces of the cars specified in Item 1.1 of this order.

1.3. The first year of application of special measures begins since December 9, 2002 and comes to an end on December 8, 2003. The second, third and fourth of application of special measures begin respectively on December 9, 2003, on December 9, 2004 and on December 9, 2005.
