1. In subitem 1 part two. 1, subitems 1.2 and 1.3 of Item 1 of the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of July 1, 2010 No. 214 "About procedure for representation by hotels, sanatorium and improving organizations, subjects of agroecotourism, the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs rendering services in letting (sublease) of premises, information on foreign citizens and persons without citizenship in law-enforcement body" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 209, 8/22708; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 11.04. 2014, 8/28541; 06:09. 8/29084) of the word "on channels of electronic communication" shall be replaced with words 2014, "by means of information resources (systems) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, the single portal of electronic services of the nation-wide automated information system".
2. This resolution becomes effective since October 1, 2017.
