1. Determine that:
1.1. information on the foreign citizens and stateless persons which drew up accommodation in hotels, the sanatorium and improving organizations who are temporarily staying in the Republic of Belarus is submitted authorized persons of hotels, sanatorium and improving organizations in law-enforcement body by means of the automated information system of "Hotel".
Information specified in part one of this subitem can be provided in law-enforcement body in the location of hotels, the sanatorium and improving organizations in the form of the notification in form according to appendix is non-paid by means of information resources (systems) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the single portal of electronic services of the nation-wide automated information system or by delivery to couriers;
