About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 5, 2008 No. 104 "About approval of the nomenclature (list) of products which are subject to export control"
The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 5, 2008 No. 104 "About approval of the nomenclature (list) of products which are subject to export control" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, No. 5, the Art. 57) the following changes and amendments:
in the nomenclature (list) of the products which are subject to export control, approved by the specified resolution:
in Chapter "Goods and technologies of double application (appointment)":
in the subsection "General Notes according to the List":
add item 4 with the paragraph of the following content:
"Use of the Commodity Nomenclatures of Foreign Economic Activity codes which are absent in the nomenclature (list) of products which are subject to export control is allowed";
state Item 5 in the following edition:
