1. Approve the enclosed nomenclature (list) of products which are subject to export control.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 18, 2000 No. 1282 "About approval of the list of products which are subject to export control in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2000, Art. No. 36-37, 436).
3. This resolution becomes effective since February 9, 2008 and is subject to official publication.
