About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 7, 2017 No. 823 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the republican budget for 2018 - 2020"
The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 7, 2017 No. 823 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the republican budget for 2018 - 2020" the following changes and amendments:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Accept to execution the republican budget for 2018 - 2020, including for 2018 in the following amounts:
1) the income - 8 636 675 719 thousand tenges, including on:
to tax revenues - 5 592 394 446 thousand tenges;
to non-tax receipts - 120 224 237 thousand tenges;
to sales proceeds of fixed capital - 5 620 000 thousand tenges;
to receipts of transfers - 2 918 437 036 thousand tenges;
2) costs - 9 370 297 588 thousand tenges;
3) net budget crediting - 113 475 991 thousand tenges, including:
budget credits - 236 519 381 thousand tenges;
repayment of budget credits - 123 043 390 thousand tenges;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets - 36 155 287 thousand tenges, including:
acquisition of financial assets - 36 155 287 thousand tenges;
5) budget deficit-883 253 147 thousand tenges, or percent 1,5 to country gross domestic product;
6) not oil budget deficit--4 330 528 103 thousand tenges, or percent 7,6 to country gross domestic product;
7) budget deficit financing - 883 253 147 thousand tenges.";
Item 2:
add with subitems 21-1), 21-2), 26-1) and 26-2) of the following content:
"21-1) distributions of the amounts of target current transfers to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on surcharge to the teachers of the organizations of education realizing training programs of initial, main and general secondary education on updated content of education and compensation of the amounts paid in this direction of expenses at the expense of means of local budgets according to appendix 21-1 to this resolution;
21-2) distributions of the amounts of target current transfers to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on surcharge for qualification of pedagogical skill to the teachers who passed national qualification test and realizing educational programs of initial, main and general secondary education according to appendix 21-2 to this resolution;";
"26-1) distribution of the amounts of target current transfers to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on seizure of land for the state needs according to appendix 26-1 to this resolution;
26-2) distribution of the amounts of target current transfers to regional budgets on subsidizing of cost of services in supply of drinking water from especially important group and local water supply systems which are uncontested sources of drinking water supply according to appendix 26-2 to this resolution;";
1, of 2, of 3, of 4, of 5, of 8, of 9, of 10, of 11, of 12, of 13, of 14, of 15, of 16, of 17, of 19, of 20, of 21, of 25, of 26, of 28, of 29, of 30, 31 and 32 to the specified resolution to be reworded as follows appendices according to appendices 1, of 2, of 3, of 4, of 5, of 6, of 7, of 8, of 9, of 10, of 11, of 12, of 13, of 14, of 15, of 16, of 17, of 18, of 19, of 20, of 21, of 22, of 23, 24 and 25 to this resolution;
add the specified resolution with appendices 21-1, 21-2, 26-1 and 26-2 according to appendices 26, of 27, 28 and 29 to this resolution.
2. To the central executive bodies in two weeks to make in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan offers on reduction of earlier made decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in compliance with this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2018.
