WE ORDER:
1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on peresylaniye of postal orders, non-registered and registrirovanny letters, post cards, parcels post and sending weighing up to 30 kilograms (further - Licensed conditions) which are applied.
2. To department of registration and licensing Gospredprinimatelstva of Ukraine (Efremov O. V.), to Management of coordination of activities of telecom operators and licensing of the State Committee on Communications of Ukraine (Zverev V. P.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. (Zverev V. P.) to provide to management of coordination of activities of telecom operators and licensing of the State Committee on Communications of Ukraine the publication of the order on approval of Licensed conditions in mass media and placements on the Web page of the State Committee on Communications of Ukraine.
