1. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship, the State committee of communication and informatization of Ukraine of October 29, 2003 No. 116/202 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on transfer of postal orders, the simple and registered letters, postcards, parcels post and sending weighing up to 30 kilograms", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 17, 2003 at No. 1055/8376.

2. To development department of business climate of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine (Sheverdin I. V.) provide in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine and the deputy minister of infrastructure of Ukraine according to distribution of obligations.
