1. Transform the republican biological wildlife area of Buslovk in connection with change of its borders, the mode of protection and use.

2. Approve enclosed:

borders, area and structure of lands of the republican biological wildlife area of Buslovk;

Regulations on the republican biological wildlife area of Buslovk.

3. Transfer the republican biological wildlife area of Buslovk to the control of Berezovsky and Pruzhansky district executive committees.

4. To perform financing of functioning and protection of the republican biological wildlife area of Buslovk, and also the actions connected with its transformation at the expense of means of the local budgets and other sources which are not prohibited by legal acts.

5. And Pruzhansky to district executive committees in six-months time to provide to Berezovsky:

5.1. registration in accordance with the established procedure the transformed territorial unit of the Republic of Belarus - the republican biological wildlife area of Buslovk;

5.2. installation of special information signs on borders of the republican biological wildlife area of Buslovk and acceptance of other measures for accomplishment of this resolution.
