About approval of the Regulations on procedure for acceptance of persons with disability in the highest educational institutions on training in additional quotas on the basis of the state grant
According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 1, 2017 the No. UP-5270 "About Measures for Cardinal Enhancement of System of the State Support of Persons with Disability" Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for acceptance of persons with disability in the highest educational institutions on training in additional quotas on the basis of the state grant according to appendix.
2. To the ministries, departments having the highest educational institutions in maintaining and the highest educational institutions together with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan to take measures for creation of necessary conditions in audiences and buildings in which admission examinations and training of persons with disability will be provided.
3. To the ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. A. Abdukhakimov and the minister of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan I. U. Madzhidov.
