1. Approve the enclosed Health regulations "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to the organization and holding sanitary and anti-epidemic and sanitary and preventive actions for the prevention of parasitic diseases".

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 31, 2015 No. 283 "About approval of Health regulations "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to the organization and holding sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) actions for the prevention of parasitic diseases" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10933, it is published in the Information system of law of Ad_let on May 20, 2015);

2) Item 5 of the list of some orders of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes are made approved by the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 29, 2016 No. 389 "About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 14308, it is published in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts on October 26, 2016).

3. To provide to committee of protection of public health of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions;

4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

5) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Department of legal service of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2), 3) and 4) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tsoi A. V.

5. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Health regulations "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to the organization and holding sanitary and anti-epidemic and sanitary and preventive actions for the prevention of parasitic diseases"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These Health regulations "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to the organization and holding sanitary and anti-epidemic and sanitary and preventive actions for the prevention of parasitic diseases" (further - Health regulations) are developed according to Item 6 of article 144 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About health of the people and health care system" (further - the Code) and establish requirements to the organization and holding sanitary and anti-epidemic and sanitary and preventive actions for the prevention of parasitic diseases (trichinosis, тениаринхоз, тениоз, описторхоз, дифиллоботриоз, echinococcosis, альвеококкоз, токсокароз, энтеробиоз, гименолепидоз, аскаридоз, трихоцефалез, malaria, лямблиоз, toxoplasmosis, tick-borne viral encephalitis, Lyme's disease, leyshmanioza, mange, dermatomikoza, pediculosis).
