About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan (The law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 18, 2017 No. ZRU-429 "About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan")
According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 18, 2017 No. ZRU-429 "About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan", and also for the purpose of improvement of procedure for carrying out certification and control in the field of sanitary and epidemiological surveillance the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. K. Shadmanov and Information analysis department concerning education, health cares, physical culture and sport of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
