Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of establishment to insurers of discounts and allowances to insurance rates on compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 30, 2012 No. 524 "About approval of Rules of establishment to insurers of discounts and allowances to insurance rates on compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 23, Art. 3021; 2014, No. 32, Art. 4499; 2016, No. 51, Art. 7393).

Changes which are made to Rules of establishment to insurers of discounts and allowances to insurance rates on compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases

1. In the paragraph the second Item 5 of the word of "the Russian Federation approved by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection" shall be replaced with words "the Russian Federation approved by the insurer in coordination with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection".

2. To add Item 6 paragraph two after words of "economic activity" with the words "for the next financial year".

3. State Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. For consideration of question of establishment of discount the insurer files petition to the insurer in the place of the registration after approval of values of the main indicators by the insurer by types of economic activity for the next financial year according to Item 6 of these rules, but no later than November 1 of the current calendar year.".
