About approval of Rules of establishment to insurers of discounts and allowances to insurance rates on compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of establishment to insurers of discounts and allowances to insurance rates on compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases.

2. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation (further - the insurer):

approve method of calculation of discounts and allowances to insurance rates on compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases;

make explanations on application of the Rules approved by this resolution.

3. Determine that in 2012:

the discount or the allowance is calculated for 2012 proceeding from the main indicators determined following the results of activities of the insurer for 2008 - 2010;

in the presence in 2010 insured event from the death, the event not because of the third parties, to the insurer for 2012 the discount is not established;

values of the main indicators by types of economic activity are calculated and affirm the insurer in coordination with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation no later than June 1, 2012;

the decision on establishment to the insurer of the allowance for 2012 is made by the insurer no later than July 1, 2012;

payment of the allowance in 2012 is performed since the month following after month of establishment of the allowance;

for consideration of question of establishment of discount the insurer no later than July 1, 2012 files to the insurer petition;

the discount is established by the insurer since January 1, 2012.
