About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 21, 2015 No. 30 "About measures of non-tariff regulation"

According to article 46 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and items 4 and 37 Protocols on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 21, 2015 No. 30 "About measures of non-tariff regulation" changes according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of June 13, 2018 No. 100

The changes made to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 21, 2015 No. 30

1. Add Item 3 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Regulations on import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of remedies of the plants and other resistant organic pollutants which are subject to use in researches of laboratory scale and also as the reference standard, to soglasnoprilozheniye No. 22.".

2. In Item 5 of the word to "appendix No. 22" shall be replaced with words to "appendix No. 23".
