About modification of Rules of state registration of medical products
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of state registration of medical products approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2012 No. 1416 "About approval of Rules of state registration of medical products" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 1, Art. 14; No. 43, Art. 5556; 2014, No. 30, Art. 4310; 2017, No. 8, Art. 1233).
2. Determine that Items 3, of 4, of 14 - 21 and 26 changes approved by this resolution are not applied to the legal relationship connected with the implementation of state registration of medical products which arose about day of entry into force of this resolution.
3. Recognize invalid Items 28 and 29 (in the part concerning paragraphs of the first and second Item 55 (2) Rules of state registration of medical products) changes which are made to Rules of state registration of the medical products approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2014 No. 670 "About modification of Rules of state registration of medical products" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 30, the Art. 4310).
