About approval of the Regulations on procedure for use and forming of lands of inventory

For the purpose of settlement, connected with use and forming of lands of inventory, according to Article 93 of the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic, articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for use and forming of lands of inventory according to appendix.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the project of the Regulations on procedure for forming and use of lands of inventory" of November 21, 2008 No. 636.

3. To the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to submit the draft decision of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic determining procedure for forming of lands for inventory for consideration of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of agro-industrial complex and ecology and department of the industry, fuel and energy complex and subsurface use of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
