1. Declare invalid the order of the chief of the State inspectorate for supervision in power industry Uzgosenergonadzor of January 30, 2008 No. 10 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for approval of application of the electric power for the purpose of electroheating" (рег. No. 1775 of February 29, 2008) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2008, Art. No. 8-9, 53).

2. This order is approved with JSC Uzbekenergo, the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition, the Ministry of construction of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Uzbek agency of standardization, metrology and certification.

3. This order becomes effective since June 1, 2018.
