2. Enact this order after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. From the date of entry into force of this order not to apply the "Instruction about procedure for approval of use of electric boilers and other electric heaters" approved by the Department of Energy and electrification of the USSR and the State Planning Committee of the USSR in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
