1. Approve Regulations on procedure for creation and reconstruction of protective forest plantings for fight against wind erosion of the irrigated lands and against entering by sands of water management objects according to appendix.
2. To the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on forestry in two-month time to create SUE Urmonkurilish, to approve its structure, the staff list and the charter in accordance with the established procedure.
3. Determine the main objectives SUE Urmonkurilish:
accomplishment of functions of the customer on creation and reconstruction of protective forest plantings for fight against wind erosion of the irrigated lands and against entering by sands of water management objects;
carrying out the competitive biddings on works, the conclusion of agreements following the results of the competitive biddings, technical supervision and acceptance in accordance with the established procedure the performed works;
implementation in accordance with the established procedure acceptance delivery of the executed amounts of works with the subsequent transfer to land users to operation of the finished projects on creation and reconstruction of protective forest plantings;
implementation connected with landscaping, gardening of the cities and rural districts of works;
