For the purpose of streamlining of medical examination of the immigrants and citizens leaving for temporary employment taking into account working conditions and meteoconditions, medical contraindications for accomplishment of certain works, implementation of their qualified medical examination with issue of medical certificates about the state of health;

I CLAIM:

1. Regulations on the organization and performing medical examination (control) of the immigrants and citizens who are going abroad for work (appendix N 1)

2. The list of medical contraindications for the immigrants and citizens leaving abroad for work (appendix N 2)

3. Form of the medical certificate issued by medical commission (appendix N 3)

4. Register and issues of the medical certificate (appendix N 4)

I ORDER:

I. To the director of the department of health care of primeriya мун. Chisinau:

1.1. Create in case of polyclinic of the municipal clinical Specialized Medical Center hospital N5 on medical examination of emigrants and immigrants.

1.2. Develop and approve in accordance with the established procedure till 30.07.2000 the charter of work and the staff list of the Specialized Medical Center from amount of states of polyclinic of MKB N5.

1.3. Approve structure of medical commission of the Specialized Medical Center and the schedule of its work.
