About modification of the Agreement on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs affairs of April 15, 1994

The State Parties of the Agreement on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs affairs of April 15, 1994 (further - the Agreement) on behalf of the governments which further are referred to as with the Parties agreed as follows:

Article 1

Make changes to the Agreement, having been reworded as follows it according to appendix to the this Protocol which is its integral part.

Article 2

The this Protocol becomes effective from the date of receipt by depositary of the third notification on accomplishment by the Parties of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force which signed it. For the Parties which performed interstate procedures later the this Protocol becomes effective from the date of receipt by depositary of adequate notices. The this Protocol after its entry into force is open for accession of the State Parties of the Agreement by transfer to depositary of documents on accession. For the joined state the this Protocol becomes effective from the date of receipt by depositary of the document on accession.

It is made in the city of Dushanbe on June 1, 2018 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed the this Protocol, its verified copy.
