About approval of the Regulations on construction of housing which is in private property

For the purpose of application of provisions of the Law on fundamentals of town planning and arrangement of the territory of N835-XIII of May 17, 1996 and the Law on quality in N721-XIII construction of February 2, 1996. The government of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on construction of housing which is in private property according to appendix.

2. To bodies of local public authority to provide from public fund the parcels of land for construction of housing which is in private property based on the master town-planning plans staticized in 1999-2000.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of development of the territories, construction and municipal services, the National agency of the inventory, land resources and geodesy and bodies of local public authority.

4. Approve the List of the invalid orders of the Government it (is applied).
